I love working with clients who want something more out of life but feel stuck. They may be navigating sadness, relationship strain, identity questions, past trauma, grief, anxiety, social stress, a crisis of meaning or faith—or they are just plain exhausted. Often they have a lot of potential but feel overwhelmed or disconnected. They are seeking honesty, depth, and a therapist who will truly listen and help them move forward.
While humor plays an important role in my approach, my primary responsibility is to help you in meaningful, practical ways. I will encourage you, offer you helpful tools for regaining control, and focus on giving experiences that simplify your life and help you find peace with the world as it truly is. Past clients have shared that they are often struck by the depth of my curiosity and gift for listening.
Maybe you feel tired or overwhelmed. Maybe you've been quietly carrying questions you can’t ignore. It doesn't have to be this way, and you don't have to do this alone. Whether in-person or virtually, I have trained specifically to help you. I invite you to reach out!
