I believe therapy should be a warm, comfortable space where you can come as you are, let go of some of the stress you’ve been carrying, and feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe being yourself while also having the support and encouragement to work toward the things that are important to you.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional difficulties, and other challenges that can feel overwhelming. When working with children and families, I value meeting each person where they are and understanding the different perspectives and experiences that shape the family.
My approach is primarily client-centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe you know yourself and your life best, and therapy should be a collaborative process. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, build coping skills, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
Whether you need a place to process, a little extra support during a difficult season, or help making meaningful changes in your life and relationships, I want therapy to be a place where you can breathe, be yourself, and feel supported along the way. Credentials & Education
