As a therapist I very much value being allowed to assist Clients in exploring both their strengths and the change they hope to make. Working in partnership with Clients enables us to move toward the Client’s goals and outcomes. These may include self-care, improving confidence, managing emotions, communication and connection in relationships, parenting concerns, and coping skills.  I enjoy working with a variety of clients including families, couples, and individuals, both children and adults.  I have received training in emotionally focused techniques, IFS and Trauma Focused CBT.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, reading, and listening to music.  I enjoy learning new things and traveling to new places.
