As a counselor, I strive to create a collaborative environment where clients feel seen and supported. I believe it’s important to help individuals understand themselves in order to manage symptoms and reach their goals effectively.

I have experience working with a variety of mental health concerns including- but not limited to- depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and identity development. My undergraduate and graduate studies were both completed at Ball State University. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and a person-centered approach to counseling. Each client comes to therapy with unique needs and experiences; my job is to guide them on the path toward improving their lives.
